Pregnancy Relaxation Evenings

The next pregnancy relaxation evenings will be taking place on Thursday 14th December (and it will be a festive one!) 😊

 

This will be taking place at The Godstone Scouts Hall, Endeavour, The Green, Godstone RH9 8DY.
This will be from 7.15pm to 8.30pm. 

 

Come and enjoy this calm and relaxed space to bond with other mums-to-be and your baby 🥰 And whilst chatting, we will enjoy some Christmas nibbles! (and maybe a mince pie or two?) and get the oxytocin going with some Christmas music/carols.


We will then practise our breathing techniques followed by a deep relaxation, giving you a chance to unwind and connect with your baby. 

 

Sessions are £15 per session.

This will be taking place at St Johns Church Community Hall, Redhill, Surrey.
This will be from 7.15pm to 8.30pm. 

 

Come and enjoy this calm and relaxed space to bond with other mums-to-be and your baby 🥰

 

We will begin by having a mums circle to meet and chat (along with drinks and biscuits)

We will then discuss a birth topic followed by practising some breathing techniques.

 

We will then finish the session with a nice deep relaxation, giving you a chance to unwind and connect with your baby.

Join us as we guide you through a calming session of pregnancy yoga, birth preparation techniques, active birth positions and hypnobirthing tips to help you feel calm and confident on your birthing day.

You’ll leave the Masterclass feeling refreshed, informed and ready for this exciting new chapter in your life.

This Pregnancy Wellness Masterclass will take place at the serene Buckland Reading Rooms (Old Rd, Buckland, Betchworth RH3 7EG) and is brought to you by Saara Vance Yoga and Be Your Own Birth KGHypnobirthing Instructor, Becca.

​

Both Saara and Becca are mums themselves and are passionate about supporting women’s wellbeing in pregnancy, birthing and beyond. Saara teaches Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Yoga for Mums and Babies in and around the Dorking area and Becca is a Surrey based KGHypnobirthing Teacher.

​

We are also delighted to introduce our Guest Expert and Women’s Health Physiotherapist Jessica Higton from Women’s Physiotherapy Reigate, who will give us expert Antenatal and Postnatal guidance about the pelvic floor, perineal massage and postpartum recovery, including returning to full fitness.
