Be Your Own Birth and REWILD Yoga Sound are excited to announce details of our mums-to-be relaxation afternoon retreat!

 

This will be at Lloyd Hall, Outwood Redhill, Surrey, RH1 5QX from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday 9th May 26. 

 

Join this special relaxation retreat which will include:-

✨️Birth Vision Board making and hypnobirthing techniques

 

✨️Afternoon Tea 

 

✨️Meditation Relaxation

 

✨️ Deeply restorative Sound Bath

 

Everything provided (yoga mat/bolster/blanket)

 

A lovely way to treat yourself and bond with other mums-to-be
