Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Courses in Reigate Surrey UK
Please see details for my four week course starting Thursday 29th January from 7pm to 9pm at Watercolour Community Space, Redhill.
Learn valuable birth education as well as enjoying a deep relaxation at each session.
You will leave feeling confident, empowered and ready for birth!
WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS:
• BIRTH EDUCATION
A birth topic will be discussed each weck, helping you to feel prepared and informed for birth and post-natally
• A DEEP RELAXTION AT THE END OF EACH SESSION
Getting to enjoy and feel the benefits ol a deep relaxation at every session
• MEETING OTHERS
There's always time for tea and chat at each session to meet and build bonds. Birth partners are encouraged to attend too.
After course finishes, a whatsapp group will be created for the group. A goodie bag will also be given with ongoing treats for rest of pregnancy including hypnobirthing tracks and hand reflexology tutorial video.

I'm really excited to announce the next date of my pregnancy relaxation special.
And this one will be a Mothers Day weekend special! I think all mums-to-be derserve to be spoilt and pampered for Mothers Day, so I have put together this session together just for you 🥰
The afternoon will include:-
✨️Make and take home your own porcelain keepsake as a Mothers Day Gift
✨️Practise hand reflexology sequence for better sleep
✨️Tea and cake interval to chat with others
✨️Learn breathing techniques to use for pregnancy and birth
✨️Finishing with a deep relaxation to relax and unwind
✨️ A llittle goodie bag to go home with
This will be taking place at The Watercolour Community Space, Redhill, Surrey from 2pm to 4.30pm on Saturday 14th March 26.
