✨️Pregnancy Relaxation Evening - Thursday 24th Sepember✨️

 

I'm very excited to announce my next pregnancy relaxation evening will be taking place at Everno Studio, 2-4 Cromwell Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1RT from 6.30pm to 8pm. 

 

Come and enjoy this calm and relaxed space, giving you an opportunity to relax and bond with other mums-to-be. 

 

At every session, there's always time to sit and share as much as you like about your pregnancy journey. It's your special space to enjoy connecting and sharing. 

 

We will then practise relaxation anchors and a breathing technique.

 

We then finish the session by doing a nice deep relaxation, giving you the chance to relax and unwind and enjoy time just for you.
