An intensive birth preparation course spread over two evenings giving you all the tools for a calm, confident and positive birth experience.

Birth options including places of birth, comfort measures
Induction process & c-section process
Decision making and birth plans
Post-birth options

The session will finish with a nice deep relaxation.

 

All couples will receive audios before the course plus resources/goodie bag  to take away after the course.

Price is £100 per couple.
