It's been a while since my last pregnancy relaxation sessions. And Ive been missing it! 💕
So Ive decided to run two dates before the summer holidays! 🥰
This will be at Watercolour Community Hall, Redhill, Surrey from 6.30pm to 8pm on Tuesday 2nd June and Tuesday 7th July
Come and enjoy this calm and relaxed space, giving you an opportunity to relax and bond with other mums-to-be.
There will be time at the beginning to chat to other mums-to-be (with tea and cake!)
We will then practise some breathing techniques and affirmation writing before finishing the session with a nice deep relaxation, giving you the chance to really relax and unwind.
You can buy either a single date or both dates together. If both dates are booked together, you receive a discount. Use code BYOBJUNE2026 to get discount when both dates booked
